Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a City Clue ticket for a full refund up to 24 hours before the date you chose, as long as the ticket has not been used. Access codes do not expire.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] with your booking reference, the name on the booking, and the date you chose. We read every note and reply as soon as we can.

When the free refund does not apply

A cancellation inside 24 hours of the date you chose, or a ticket that has already been used, is not eligible for that free refund. If the booking itself went wrong, write to us anyway and include the booking reference.

Marketplace bookings

If you booked through a marketplace such as Viator, that marketplace's cancellation policy applies. Contact them with the reference they gave you.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank decides how long the credit takes to show up.
