Terms of sale

These terms cover a ticket for City Clue's self-guided Las Vegas Strip game, "Discover the Strip." The seller is Arcade of Satoshi LLC, doing business as Rift Studios. By booking, you agree to these terms and to the cancellation policy.

The ticket

Each ticket is for one player, priced at $14.99 USD. Play solo or as a team. Every player needs their own ticket. An access code for each player is sent by email right after booking. There is no set start time: on the date you choose, you start when you want.

Adults 21+ only

Every player must be 21 or older. The game leans into casinos, cocktails and Strip nightlife. Do not book a ticket for anyone under 21. Bring ID. The ticket does not admit you to a casino, a show, or a bar.

What this is

This is a self-guided walking game on your phone. Bruce is an in-app host, not a person walking with you. It is not a live guided tour. Drinks, gambling, show tickets, meals, transportation and casino entry are not included. You do not have to drink or gamble.

It plays in your phone's browser. There is no app-store download. You need a charged phone, a data connection, location services, and comfortable shoes.

Assumption of risk

You play on public sidewalks and pedestrian bridges, in whatever weather, crowds and traffic are on the Strip that day. A couple of stops are inside public areas of casinos, hotels and shops. You might meet heat, uneven pavement, stairs or escalators, vehicles, and nighttime crowds. You can get tired, lost, or hurt if you are not paying attention.

You take responsibility for choosing whether to start, for the pace you walk, and for stopping if conditions feel unsafe. Obey traffic signals. Stay aware of your surroundings. Do not step into a street to chase a clue.

Cancellation

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the date you chose, as long as the ticket has not been used. Access codes do not expire. The details are on the cancellation page. Bookings made through a marketplace such as Viator follow that marketplace's policy.

Insurance

Arcade of Satoshi LLC carries general liability insurance for this activity. That insurance does not remove your responsibility to walk safely, and it is not a promise that every loss is covered.

Independence

City Clue is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any resort, casino, restaurant or the City of Las Vegas. Landmark names are used for directions only.

Playing the game

Playing the game. Before you play, each player must accept the City Clue Terms of Service in the app, including the Assumption of Risk and Release, Limitation of Liability and Arbitration Agreement, at https://cityclue.app/terms. Those Terms govern your play. These terms of sale cover your purchase and refunds. If these terms of sale and the app Terms of Service conflict about play, safety or liability, the app Terms of Service control; for purchases and refunds made on cityclue.site, these terms of sale and the cancellation page control.
