This website

The pages here are static. There is no account on this site, and we do not ask you to create a profile.

Bookings and payments

Checkout runs inside a booking widget from Bokun. When you book, Bokun collects what the booking needs, such as your name, email, the date, and how many players. Stripe processes the card payment. Your card number is handled by Stripe. It is not stored on cityclue.site, and we never see the full card number.

Bokun and Stripe are the processors for that checkout. Their own privacy notices apply to the information they collect there: Bokun and Stripe. Bokun or Stripe may set cookies while the checkout is open so the booking and payment can finish.

Analytics

This site can use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless page-view measurement on Cloudflare's network. It does not build an advertising profile. We do not run Meta or TikTok pixels.

Each page loads Google Tag Manager. That container sends the Google Ads tag used to measure bookings. A purchase conversion is sent when a finished booking records a purchase, with the order total in US dollars and the booking's transaction id. Opening the booking widget can send a diagnostic checkout event. This site does not track phone calls, and it does not send a separate purchase hit of its own. An ad click id on the page address is kept onto the booking link so a finished purchase can be matched to the ad click.

Checkout itself runs on Bokun. Bokun's confirmation page loads the same tag manager container when this booking channel has it turned on. Bokun's privacy notice covers what it collects there.

The page also records a few on-site actions in the browser, such as an opened question or how far the page scrolled. Those actions are not sent to Google. They are handed to an analytics tool only if one is already present on the page.

If you write to [email protected], we use that message to answer you. Include your booking reference when the question is about a ticket. We do not sell personal information.
